The governing body of the self-governing institution “Kolding Realskole” and thereby also “The Cosmo - The International School of Southern Denmark” is chosen by the parents to current students at the annual general meeting held at the end of April. At the general meeting the April 22 2009 the following members were chosen:

Members of the governing body are chosen for four years, and one member is up for election each year. 

Annual general meeting

According to the current rules:
“The general meeting is the highest authority of the school.
The general meeting is held once a year before the end of April in Kolding.
The general meeting is summoned with a notice of at least 14 days and no more than 28 days by announcement in the locale newspapers. In addition the students will receive a written message concerning the general meeting containing the agenda designed for the parents.”
