Admission

Compulsory Fees, DKK

Registration	DKK. 10,000	Payable with application. Non-refundable after student has accepted offer of a place.
Tuition	Kr. 44,000 (for students with a CPR Number by September 5^th)	Payable in instalments from May 1^st for the School Year starting in September
	Kr. 80,000 (for students with no CPR Number by September 5^th)	Payable in instalments from by May 1^st for the School Year starting in September

Other Fees and Terms, DKK

Resource Fee	If a viable programme can be established for students with special needs, an additional fee will be charged depending on the programme that is put in place for the student.
Extra-Curricular Activities	A variety of creative, sporting, musical and language after school activities are available. Fees vary with the activities.
After School Club (5-6 to 11 years)	After school care is provided from 15:00 to 17:00 each day. A snack is provided and students are engaged in activities.
15,000 (for students with a CPR Number by September 5^th)	25,000 (for students with no CPR Number by September 5^th)

Tuition fee	Payable by May 1^st for the School Year starting in September. Payment of the Tuition Fee will reserve a place for the coming School Year.
Late arrivers	Students arriving after the start of the School Year will pay for the whole month in which they start.
Leavers	Students can leave the Cosmo during the School Year at the end of a month. Three months’ notice must be given, even for students leaving at the end of a school year.
Refund	Refunds are only guaranteed if three full months’ notice is given to the school prior to withdrawal of a student.
Late payment	If payment is late, a reminder will be sent out. Every reminder has a cost of DKK 125.00

SUBSIDY, Pre-Kindergarten	Students attending Pre-Kindergarten may be eligible for a subsidy from the municipality (Danish: "Kommune") in which they live. Please contact the Cosmo, for more information.
