What is Business Kolding?

Business Kolding is a business fund working for three member organisations; Kolding Business Council, Kolding Retail Trade Council and the Kolding Tourist Association. Gathering the three organisations under one operating organisation – Business Kolding – creates a synergy, providing the optimum framework for the development of Kolding.

The objective to become the No.1 growth centre in Denmark is going to be achieved by the focussing our efforts in five strategic areas:

  • Providing the best business service in Denmark
  • Creation of 3900 knowledge-intensive jobs
  • The most attractive commercial area in Western Denmark
  • Becoming the No.1 meeting and conference city outside Copenhagen
  • Hosting international class attractions and events

In close co-operation with the Municipality of Kolding, Business Kolding is working on superior business strategic goals for Kolding. This involves a long list of services and offers to the businesses in the area, such as counselling of entrepreneurs, business networks, management training, courses and arrangements. Recently Business Kolding has established:

  • A Management Education in cooperation with INSEAD and Børsen Executive Club
  • The house for entrepreneurs, House of Innovation.
